1. Exchange for size or style
You have up to 30 calendar days after receipt to request an exchange for another size or style of equal value. The item must be:
- Free of signs of use or washing
- With original tags and labels attached
- In its original packaging (whenever possible)
- Accompanied by the invoice
2. Return by right of withdrawal
Under Brazilian consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days of the date of receipt. The item conditions are the same as listed above.
The refund is issued through the same payment method used for the purchase (card refund, PIX refund, or account credit), within 30 days after the item is received and reviewed at our distribution center.
3. Manufacturing defect
If you notice a manufacturing defect, contact our support team within 7 days of receipt, sending an email to contato@fille.com.br with:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the defect
- Clear photos of the product and the defect
After review, if the assessment is favorable, we offer: replacement of the item, exchange for another of the same value, or a full refund.
How to request an exchange or return
- Contact us through Contact Us with your order number
- You'll receive instructions on the procedure and the return address
- Pack the product in its original packaging or secure packaging
- Send the product using the method indicated by our team
- Once received and reviewed (up to 10 business days), we process the exchange or refund
What invalidates an exchange
- Signs of use, washing, or alteration of the item
- Missing composition label or identification tag
- Request made after the 30-day (exchange) or 7-day (return) deadline
- Damage or wear resulting from use, improper care, or washing outside the label's instructions
Important: items from clearance/closeout collections may have specific rules, always check before purchasing.
