Conscious fashion is a commitment
At Fille, we believe the fashion of the future needs to be responsible, durable, and respectful. That's why, with every collection, we work to reduce impact, value people, and create pieces that last longer in your wardrobe, not in a landfill.
Our practices
1. Responsible production
All of our production takes place at our factory in Fortaleza-CE, with our own team and partner suppliers who share our values. We know who sews each piece, we ensure fair working conditions, and we respect labor rights throughout the entire chain.
2. Selected raw materials
We look for quality fabrics that last longer, reducing the need for replacement. Whenever possible, we prioritize:
- Responsibly sourced cotton
- Natural fibers such as linen and viscose
- Fabrics with extended durability technology
- Maximum use of materials, avoiding waste
3. Waste reduction
We work with optimized patterns to reduce fabric scraps. Leftover scraps are reused for small items, donated to social projects, or sent for textile recycling.
4. Conscious packaging
We are constantly transitioning to more sustainable packaging: recyclable cardboard, cards printed with vegetable-based ink, and a progressive reduction of disposable plastics.
5. Durability by design
We create pieces built to last. Versatile fits, colors that pair well with each other, and solid construction so your Fille piece stays with you for many seasons.
You're part of this mission too
Every customer is an essential part of this transformation. Take care of your pieces by following the washing instructions, donate clothes you no longer wear, choose conscious consumption, and buy only what your wardrobe really needs.
Next steps
We're always evolving. Among the projects currently underway or being studied:
- Reverse logistics program for used pieces
- Capsule line with 100% recycled fabrics
- Carbon offsetting for shipping
- Partnerships with textile cooperatives
Sustainability isn't a destination, it's a path. We are committed to evolving with every collection and sharing this journey with you.
